Rabbi Mendel is the Rabbi of Beit Baruch and Executive Director of Chabad of Belgravia, London.

He was an editor at the Judaism Website - Chabad.org and is the author of two popular books titled ' Seeds of Wisdom' and most recently 'A time to Heal'. Both books are based on the teachings and guidance of The Lubavitcher Rebbe.
